A-Tempo Trio

A-Tempo Trio was established as a special occasion of the Covid period by three busy musicians who recognized an opportunity to invest their time in music creation. Since then Alon, Itay and Yoav have been meeting every week in the studio to push the boundaries of the genres and create something new. A-Tempo Trio combines many musical influences, rhythms & styles into a new sound of an original creation. The band's sound contains African and Latin elements, along with Oriental, Balkan & Arabic sounds. Yoav, who recorded his latest album in Amsterdam with his original materials, proves once again that beyond being a unique and musical drummer, he is also a talented composer. Itay introduces himself as a jazz pianist after performing all over the world mainly as a Latin player and as an accompanist to the best Israeli artists such as Yasmine Levy, Pablo Rosenberg, David Broza & more. Alon, who recorded his latest album with the Alon Stern`s Octet with whom he performed for about 7 years around the country, brings to the trio the glue and groove that characterize the trio's playing. TA-Tempo Trio performed in many clubs & Venues in Israel and in Berlin, before and after launching their debut Album "Massa Becha" (A journey within you) in 2021, heading forward to the 2nd album with more surprising music.
