Jack Kelly
Jack Kelly has been following in the steps of the great rambling music-men, finding himself embroiled in the rich cultural gumbo that is America. He has seen himself expand and diversify his musical vocabulary, embracing Country & Western, Rhythm & Blues; and Bluegrass as simply an extension of the universal language that stole his heart many years ago. An accomplished jazz bassist, Jack finds himself effortlessly weaving through styles and genres he once thought foreign. From square dances to honky-tonk two steps, to swinging jazz down in New Orleans, Jack has developed a rich and mature musical style that reflects a love for the great American traditions which unite many traveling troubadours from the world over.

Joseph Leighton Trio at Jazzhole
by Ian Patterson
Joseph Leighton Trio Jazzhole, Top of the Town Omagh, N. Ireland June 24, 2017 Jazzhole may not be the most enticing name for N. Ireland's newest jazz venue. Then again, who's to say? For in spite of, or perhaps because of the borderline pejorative/boho-chic ambiguity of the name, ...
