Pretty-Smith
Cabernet Sauvignon
1999

Appellation: Paso Robles, CA
RS: 0.05%
Alcohol: 14.0%

Tasting Notes: The deep garnet hue sets the stage for a rich entry leading to a weighty, full-bodied palate, accompanying big, drying tannins and a brush of sweet oak. Structured and stylish, this wine can be easily paired with hearty meats, grilled vegetables, and complements a wide range of spices.

Goes with this CD: Moutin Reunion Quartet's Red Moon

Louis M. Martini
Monte Rosso Vineyard
Folle Blanche
2002

Varietal: 100% Folle Blanche Appellation: Sonoma Valley, CA
pH: 3.23
TA: .4 g/100 ml
Alcohol Content: 14.6%
Aging: Stainless Steel

Tasting Notes: Green apple-lemon and a mineral alpine wild flower aroma sits against a backdrop of lightly herbaceous honey. The mouth is typically a little tarter than most white wines, with delicate tannins and sweet mid-palate.

Goes with this CD: Tierney Sutton's Dancing in the Dark
